In particular Sport Software consists of several key pages for creating, viewing and managing sports related content including the dashboard, participants, groups, activities, lessons, events, fixtures, messages, settings and more. 

The system allows bulk importing of participants, branded exports of lesson plans and printing of activities, events and fixtures. The organiser can print a list of participants which includes parent phone numbers, names and health conditions. The system also displays a list of past and upcoming lessons

Pre selected sports and activities can be uploaded and populated from the Sport Software team. The system features a detailed lesson planning editor which uses interface and rich text editors to modify dates, times, location, equipment, videos tutorials and images.

An event or lesson consists of an activity, group and its participant, as well as the instructor(s) who will lead the events. Sport Software supports bulk amends to all dates on a recurring event to save time and frustration.

Teachers and coaches can create “events”, e.g. classes, that have a start date, end date, duration, and occurrence so the system can create the calendar schedule automatically. On creation of the event, the teacher/coach can choose the age range. The teacher can then apply the course/class to their calendar schedule and mark at the end of each lesson or course. 

Planning and managing sports fixtures with parents and coaches. The fixture function uses a clever traffic light system to monitor and grant the consent of parents once a teacher/instructor has added a participant. Additionally the system can send reminder emails and notifications to parents if they haven’t responded or if the event is cancelled.
