My child finds it hard to stay still—will that be a problem?
Not at all. We understand that many children are naturally full of energy and may struggle with sitting still for long periods—that’s why our sessions are built around movement, variety, and active participation. Our programmes are designed to support different energy levels and learning styles, making them ideal for children who need to stay engaged and physically active throughout the day.
Here’s how we support children who are always on the move:
Active by design: Our clubs and camps focus on fun, physical activity with minimal downtime.
Structured variety: Sessions are broken into short, engaging blocks to keep attention fresh.
Experienced coaches: Our team is trained to support a wide range of behaviours and needs.
Positive reinforcement: We use encouragement and inclusive activities to help all children feel involved.
Flexible environment: Children are never forced to participate in a way that doesn’t suit them—we adapt where needed.
Every child is different, and we aim to create a space where all children can thrive—whether they’re full of energy, a little shy, or somewhere in between. If your child has specific needs or behaviours you’d like us to be aware of, feel free to let us know during booking—we’re always happy to help make their experience a positive one.
